Stock Die Sets
Stock Die Sets 2 Post Flanged, 2 Post Rectangular, and 4 Post Rectangular sets

Lempco offers customers the broadest selection of stock die sets compared to any other manufacturer. Customers can choose from both ball bearing and plain bearing designs in precision grades and sizes. Customers can order surface-ground catalog die sets direct from Lempco or from distributors. Stock die set plates and components are completely interchangeable within the Ball Bearing or Plain Bearing style product groups.
Custom (Non-Stock) Die Sets
Custom (Non-Stock) Die Sets For those customers that require die sets made to order per their prints or specifications, Lempco's manufacturing facilities offer almost unlimited production of large, special, ball or plain bearing, steel and aluminum die sets.
Forming Machine Die Sets
Forming Machine Die Sets Lempco precision grade all steel die sets are offered in both Ball Bearing and Plain Bearing designs for:
  • U.S. Tool Multi-Slide Machines
  • Torrington Verti-Slide Machines
  • Nilson Fourslide Machines
Plus they can be made with special machining if required.
Die Accessories
Die Accessories Lempco offers a complete line of pressroom accessories and supplies including Gold Bond pressroom accessories, hoist rings stripper bolts, punch holder shanks, roller stock guides, pry bars, and ball-bearing and die lubricant.
Bolsters and Steel Plate
Bolsters and Steel Plate Bolster plates for Open Back Inclinable, Horning and Gap Frame and Large Press bolsters are manufactured to customer specifications in Lempco's plants. Bolsters for presses in these categories are built from steel.

In addition, Lempco's volume production of die sets and press machinery requires maintenance of large inventories of steel plate, which can be drawn upon for fast delivery of customer orders for stripper plates and riser blocks. Plates can be cut and machined to your exact requirements.
